DTELOCAL.TV encourages videos on a wide variety of subjects. However, limitations do apply to any video footage submitted for the local content website. DTELOCAL.TV reserves the right to refuse any video.

Any video submitted containing any of the following will be refused or edited to remove the offending footage:

• Pornography or sexually explicit content
• Animal abuse
• Bomb Making
• Graphic or gratuitous violence
• Gross-out videos of accidents, dead bodies, or similar incidents
• Copyright infringement
• Predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment
• Invading privacy, or the revealing of another’s personal information

Please be aware that any illegal activities filmed are subject to be given to law enforcement officials.

While DTELOCAL.TV does not seek to limit any person’s right to free speech, the purpose of the local content effort is not to broadcast personal views or opinions. Videos which promote opinions rather than general activities will not be permitted. Other websites (such as YouTube or MySpace) are currently available for personal opinions to be expressed.
